If a band or artist from yesterday (eg. The Beatles) just signed their first record deal today, and were planning on releasing the same first album as they did originally, how do you think they'd go?
For example, Would they make it far enough into their careers to make Sgt. Peppers? Would their record company let them release Sgt. Peppers?
-Don't limit this to the beatles.
The BIG question is would any band/artist of yesterday (starting from scratch) be able to get themselves more airplay then the crap we have to hear each day on commericial radio? Eg. Nickleback, Shannon Noll, Black Eyed Peas.
