Yes at the age of 28 I am finally losing my hair. Everyday when i run my fingers through my hair i end up with my fingers covered in hair.

Also my keyboard is covered in hair and my pillow as well. The thing is, it has only started like 2 months ago. Where before I would get the regular strands of hair that need to fall out of your head on a daily basis.

But now its gone past that stage.

You baldies out there..is this how it all began? I am freaking out b/c i will look like one ugly looking fella if i lose my hair.

I'll go bald. All the blokes on mum's side of the family and also her mother's side are. It's only a matter of when.

I too will be bloody ugly without my hair.

My cousin actually started losing his hair at around 22 .

Thankfully, I have thick hair and it doesn't look like I will ever suffer from baldness.

I hada receding hairline at 16. I am now almost completely bald and only in my early 30s. Usually I have my head shaved but so nobody can tell that I'm balding.

I realised I was losing my hair at aged 21. I was pretty upset. Obviously.

I've still some hair, not much. I'm 27 now. My advice is to accept it and move on. Crop it nice and short and realise you don't need to have hair to attract the opposite sex.

If someone offered me a full head of hair now, I'm not sure I'd take it. I like it the way it is, and frankly I'd rather have my shaved head than some of the hideous hair I've seen on other people.

Oh this is easy.

Just grow it really long on one side, then comb it all the way over to the other side. That way it looks just like you have a full head of hair.

And trust me, NO ONE will be able to tell the difference.

I have a very dear Israeli friend who saved me from total insanity in Florence. I love travel, have always been fascinated by the middle east, and his offer to show me around was too good to pass up.

The bombings in the last few days haven't exactly made me feel secure about the whole thing, but sometimes you just gotta say "f*** it".

Another comment on the baldness thing... it's caused by excess testosterone. Thus, a receeding hairline is a small price to pay for our incredible libidos.

Until you go swimming like a friend of mine did and don't realise that the water has dislodged the hair and it's all hanging down one side of your head.

The comb over is an option..but I want to know..kind of like a confirmation, that the symptoms I described is that what you went through?

Or is it b/c I am malting(sp)? Well that's what my ladies tells me..

I really don't wanna go bald..I have had great times with my hair and really is what I am all about. I would have accepted it age 21..but at 28 it simply is too hard.

As I speak I have just seen over 10 strands of hair freely fall on my keyboard.

You lose between 60 and 120 strands of hair per day naturally anyway.

Or like our Chinese maths teahcer at school who had the classic comb over only for it to be all dislodged one day while playing Thursday afternoon golf.

This big gust of wind came and blew it all over the place.

One of the funniest things i have seen on a golf coarse and made me not want to go bald.

Not yet as its all falling from the top/back region. My old man has the friar tuck..and I am scared that its heading that way. I don't mind a receding hair line.

Plus I grew my hair recently and noticed it was thin and flat as opposed to when I grew it years ago. Back then it was curly and thick.

Its thinning out.

I'm 27 and started losing hair at about 22. I've still got a fair bit and the last couple of months some of it has started to grow back. Keep ya head healthy (conditioning and stuff) and the can delay the suckers falling out.

But I'm still attracting reasonable sorts so who cares.
