I don’t understand why miller is playing?



Out of the finals race and have 5 games to try and help griffiths and post develop and we omit griffiths, let post languish, and bring in a has been who never was.

It cant be that because of newman surely? Is there such a lack of young leadership onfield that we have to turn to brad miller? We should be better than that.

And it should be a disappointment to Deledio that he is not captain - nothing against cotchy - i love the kid, but he is really in his first year of AFL footy and should really not be given the burden.

Hopefully its the kick in arse lids needs to get him to lift a level.

Yep.. we need a Judd like player if you ask me or an Experienced ruck like Sandi if possible to lead from the front

Some people are born to lead. Cotch is one of them.

I don't mind that Griffiths is getting a rest as well. Set him up for an early and big pre-season, get the body right and let him further develop his forward game.

Griffiths wasn't playing well enough.
Miller is playing because we want to win. He'll help us more than Griffiths can at the moment. We need a win.

Damage control. We're looking for a few wins late for memberships/confidence going into next year. Miller is prolly a better option at this stage for those reasons.

Delidio is probably too busy selecting which pink/purple pokadot boots to wear with this weeks hairstyle to be captain. Cotch is the man imo.

Posty is still quite young, he needs more time to develop. I don't think he would be on the radar of too many other clubs at this stage.

To be fair as much as I like the kid, he has definitely looked outclassed at AFL level this year. Hasn't done a whole lot, definitely needs more time to develop.

I can't see him going anywhere and I can't really see anyone excluding maybe GWS and GCS being interested in him as any more than a development player.

I have no doubts he will be a decent player in a couple of years, but he needs much more weight and a few more lessons up forward, he isn't a defender and isn't quite ready for AFL yet. I am expecting a big pre season of weights

Whats the point of playing players if they can't even get a kick? We got miller to play while Griffiths was developing and regaining fitness, we brought Griff back into the seniors and he had little impact.

Miller applic ation has been first rate, sadly he hasnt matched it for output, yesterday was possible his best game in Y&B...yep that chase was a beauty and was holding the ball all day every day
