Totally agree, hated him as a player, hate him as a "commentator" can't think of a single redeeming quality.

One of my kids goes to the same school as his, so once a year we have to put up with his commentary over the kid's twilight sports.

He knows almost as many player names in the footy as he does for the kids running around.......... ie. SFA

nah, brian always hated North, at least ever since Micky put him into the gutter at the G and showed he was too old one day, cant remember when but the image of the young bull testing the old 'un is one that stuck. very bitter man brian. was a good player, just ask him.

I went to school with Brian Naylors brother and I tell you, the guy could fight his way out of a paper bag. He was a lot shorter than BT but stiff as nails. I rate Brian Naylor as the best footy commentator on AM radio across all sports except Kerry O'Keefe. Now with BT looking likely to join Foxtel, we'll be hearing a lot more from him and if he starts waffling on about mergers and relocations and stuff, that'll be it for me. College football beckons.
