When I can't get it, even though I live in a city (perth).
I'm apparently on a rim (?) and seeing the ads just cheeses me off more.
We can put men in space, but...

Apparently Telstra are going to be able to provide DSL to people on a RIM soon. ("Soon" in Telstras dictionary is usually within the vicinity of 5 minutes-5 years)
