No Idea but had it just about my Whole Life.

Doctos say it Eczma. My Did had also had Simmlar Skin but had Pussy Sore's on his Face

Only Sore then I Itch/Scratch to Much.

Tried keeping Skin Moist as it is also very Dry. Tried Steroid Eczma Cream and Steroid Tablets. The Tablets do a Very Good Job but can't be on them very long.
