Much like how the "swear jar" works, I think we should create a "performance jar', these lazy pricks of players are only too happy to hold their hands out one crap performance after another, ripping us all off like a great bank robbery, well a performance jar would fix their attitude problems quick smart.

It's sweet and simple, if you dont perform you dont get paid, think of how much money the club would have saved over the past 20 years

After every match only RFC members get to vote on who deserves to get paid, this would clearly be an effective method to stamp out the selfish, greedy and piss poor attitude that we supporters have to put up with on a yearly basis.

If the players dont like this idea well stiff shit, we will quickly sort out who wants to play for the money or the club.

What they have dished up this season has been a joke and an embarassment, to think that we as members fork out our money for them to live the high life makes me quite angry.

That is a real problem. Forgetting whether you think Wallace should go or not, the credibility of our club is at a record low at the moment, and I doubt there'd be too many who'd want the poison chalice that is our club.

Which creates another problem. For whatever reason, and I don't believe it's because Wallace can't coach, but we're not going to win a game this year with him there because the players obviously want him gone. But if we sack him after 4 games, the media will be very unkind on the club and we will be a bigger joke than we already are.

We really had to show something today, and you're right, the lazy good for nothing c...s ... err creeps really just don't care They can do what they like and it won't be their heads on the chopping block.

No offence to Melbourne because they really had a great win today, and good on them, but please, we are a lot better than that and they just refuse to have a go. I give up

You know what Froars, I think Wallace can actually coach, the problem is these players he had a help in picking arent upto the style of game he wants this team to play.

Thats the real damning fact of the matter, these players on our list cannot implement the style of play that will see this team succeed. It was plainly obvious today when Melbourne started to pump us in the second term that we changed our style of play. We had to dumb it down actually

The coach knew this team is not skillful enough to be successful. I think Terry is partly to blame for not getting the guys skill level up enough but from a tactical perspective I think he knows what needs to happen its a matter of getting them there thats the problem. I just dont think he is able to do that.

The other major concern and its been around since the Daffy, Campbell & Gale days and thats the fragile mentality of this club to just roll over when the pressure is applied to us, every other team in this competition know youre never out of a match against Richmond because if you apply enough pressure we will eventually cough it up and give up the chase when it gets too hard.

Its been around for well over a decade now and its an absolute disgrace, thats why having the likes of Campbell back irks me to no end, all we need now is Daffy to come back as an assistant and we will have a team of individuals playing for themselves for another 5 years.

Stuff them selfish pricks they make be sick, lazy good for nothing footballers who are more worried about their latest hairstyles and pay cheques than actually tasting success at the highest level.

I think he meant performanced based PHX, my understanding was Frawley was paid a set amount a season but if we won X games he would get paid more and if we made the finals he would get another bonus.

IMO he was lucky to get paid at all

I dont remember Frawley walking around homeless so I doubt his pay was performance linked.

Seriously those losers knew what was needed today, they knew what was on the line, its not too much to ask 22 blokes to throw their bodies on the line and play until nothing was left....... but no not our lot.
