ICQ Problems

I can usually get in (after a few minutes), but whenever I try to get out it freezes the computer and I have to restart it

Mate Mirabilis ****es me off so much..

I was like in the first 200 000 ot register thats when ICQ was good. Now its over like 15 million? And program has got worse.

Its just mad - it started controlling my computer so i took it off... MSN is much better in my opinion at the moment.

Yeh, ICQ seems to stuff up my comp and bring up Illegal Msgs at times.

I like icq, because it's exclusive, when you're permanently connected, you can't stay on msn all day, because too many people talk to ya. I just keep my icq list small and then when i wanna have a big chat i go on msn....

I had the older version of ICQ but ever since i formatted and upgraded to 2000b, i havent liked it
Every time you talk to someone it comes up with a chat window instead of the little envelope like in the older version

Just change the settings to stop that. when you get a message, there's a button that says msg mode, then choose single message mode.

I like icq, it means I can send messages when the other person is offline. msn is good, but I hate how it boots up every time I open outlook, I can't seem to find a setting that changes that.
What I don't like about icq nowadays is the fact that the stupid window keeps getting bigger every time you send a new message. and the ads. grrr, way to ruin a good program.

Me too. But I know I shouldn't say that. Everytime I say it, I crash!!!!!!!!!!!
