Not anything like your stupid Community service.
The punishments would be cruel and over the top and dished out inconsistently to maximize the unrest amongst the peasants.
Sure the lady who spins the wheel is well endowed, and the suit I'm wearing is a few sizes too small, but that's just a cunning ruse.
