Problem solved.
Jars, you sure you weren't a diplomat in your past life! ;) :D

Jars would be as effective as a diplomat as the Iraqi Minister for Information was at his job!! :D :p
Both are pretty funny blokes, but I think it is fair to say at least Jars has some credibility! ;)

Diplomacy is for chumps:D

One man's credibility is another man's scorn.

I hear that M Stevens body is falling apart and is nowhere near full fitness which is a huge blow for us. (from the horses mouth second hand)

This is a big blow to us if Stevo can't get on the park. We missed him big time in 2003. If this is the case, we really need Carey & Welsh to stay sound for 2004. Perhaps S Stevens could be a surprise at CHF.

Stevo's preseasons have been bad for a while. He has two problems. His knee and back doen't react well to all the running - especially on roads and cement. My understanding is he is doing extra work with Charlie Walsh on the bike this year - much like Andrew McLeod and Brett Burton.

Don't worry about Stevo - he'll be right come the beginning of the season!

The man himself told a mate of mine that his body was "stuffed".

I hope you are right though.

"Stevo has done quite a bit of running and football work over the past few weeks and we anticipate he will join full training in the new year. We are pleased with his progress.”

this is from Stephen Schwerdt.

Think I would believe Stevo himself (unfortunately) over Schwerdt's spindoctoring. Hopefully Walsh can work his magic on the bike to get Stevo on the park in 2004.
