Hey guys, Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

Do you still pay custom duty, gst and custom handling fees if you import a product declared as "Warranty Repaired item"?

Or do Customs rarely pick this up?

Depends on the value as far as I know. If its over $1000 you pay.

Its all a scam,why can't you pay say like a painting for like $1000 if you like it and only available there.Why does the government or who ever the scum,get some of your money when they do none of the service like wrapping it up,selling it and getting it to you without any damage.There should be no limit on how much it costs just a limited on how much you can bring at one go.
