It's times like these that make me want to throw a jumper on and give it a crack.

I could have done better than some of the boys - I can run in straight lines, have a larger viewing angle than 10 degrees so I can see which player is actually in space, and can pick the ball in less than ten grabs.

Only God can give me a satisfactory reason as to why we keep sinking back to this position.

if you're not going to try at least don't get injured.
sporn is quite a loss, bowyer has been quite good this season so i guess he's a loss, but simpson has no impact on games anyway. its a contest between simpson, davies and kenna to see who can do the least amount every week but still get a game.

I watched the Bullants on TV Saturday, and I was thinking that Beasy should have stayed in the side as a bigger body, sure, his not huge, but his a little bigger then half of our list.

Kenna was very good in the reserves as well and Harford, the quicker he gets back in the seniors the better, we need him for the experience and his skill.

Livingston, I can understand why he isn't in the seniors.

So next week against the Roo's I dare say that Beasy, Kenna and Hardford will be recalled!

But on today's much, geeze... what can I say accept we struggled. But I did notice one thing, Walker, was impressed with his game it was probably his 2nd best game this season after his debut.

Lets put it in perspective people. Port Adelaide were bl00dy awesome. Their fitness, their hardness, our blokes never stood a chance, every time there was a semblance of space it was shutdown pretty quickly. Denis keeps going on about body strength. Look at DeLuca, Fisher, Norman, Davies, Johnson, etc. Put them up against "men" such as Carr, Dew, Tredrea, Brogan, Pickett. Notice the difference. Our guys just get tackled too easily and their players slip them just as easily. Time people Time.

Proud of Stevens today. He would have copped it big time today and although it wasnt one of his better days he never stopped trying or running

Remember we are still ahead of Collingwood :D

i'm sure having Fev and Big W on the sidelines wouldn't have helped the young players and their mental preparation.

the good sign so far is that after our floggings we've come back the next week and won.
