Wonders HQ would like to state on the record that their captain(s) SSwans2011 and occasionally ClarkeM have the full faith of the board, and would be in the role for the foreseeable future despite pressure beginning to mount due to one slightly unhinged Iraqi.
"It complete nonsense we'd look at moving them on, seeing this pairing have finally gotten the club back on track" said one unnamed board member, whilst another stated "Whilst there has been some, well questionable actions recently, they have my faith", a third said "He's a spud, but he's my spud" however, we're not sure who is he is referring to there.
One of the key issues that has arose recently was the coaching debacle that happened a few weeks ago. One that saw up and coming superstar LicoriceAllsorts hired then fired days later as coach, then the appointment of rival player Quivorir saw a few questions asked. That said though, Quiv did manage to coach us to a couple of victories, so all was forgiven on that front.

There was also the mention of point penalties, however seeing we'd had made finals at this point it was agreed by all and sundry that there would be no punishment for their actions, just a passive aggressive post it note given to them every Wednesday reminding them the team sheet is due.

In other news, we're excited to mention that the Wonders have just put in a bid to have representation in the QFL, with the (hopeful) creation of the Westeros Coast Wonders. The main purpose of this team will be looking to be able to develop young players in a lesser league before moving up to the main squad here in the SFA, in the push to be finally the first team to five (and six, seven and so on).
