I think the team did fairly well in the 1st match. Got walloped in the second. We didn't have much of a chance with the score we conceded.

Much better team performance in the last 2 matches. Seems like Beagle_Charlie, Metallica_Man, Pie 4 Life and Rizzo seem to be doing well in their positions. However, the other opener's position is yet to be settled. I think I'm prob better suited to the middle order than as opener, though maybe with more experience the runs will flow.

To be honest my best position is 3# IMO. Metallica_Man and rizzo should open with BC at 4# then Tuhob etc.

With the departure of Bomber Bears, I see we only have 3 all rounders looking at the new list that you've submitted Pie 4 Life with myself as a pure batter. Considering we need to field at least 2 all rounders, I'm just wondering if we should have at least 4 for team balance? I'm happy to stay as a pure batter or change back to a batting all rounder if you think it's better.

Also, the new Brian Lara in the team must be a fake as he's listed as a right handed batsman

I think we are alright on all-rounders. 3 is ok.. 1 of each type. Don't worry, you'll most likely be in the 1st XI cause you post... there are a few dead wood pure batters.

It means that Metallica_Man will permantly have a spot and yes some are, but like most posters, with good results come more support. Right now we are respected as much as Carlton so we have to rebuild and get back into the glory.

Yep he says he can post regulary once the Christmas Break is over. I will be selecting a team on posting more than ability because that's fairer.
