Why after 6 months do the cats not look like having there best on the field until round 5 or 6.im not looking forward to the trip too perth with key players out.

There seems to be a problem with the management off injuries at the club

injuries can occur during the pre season. it is better to be injured now than during the regular season. Also what injuries are you speaking of. off the top of my head joel corey hurt his knee, steve johnson hurt anke again, milburn rolled ankle, king just being kept in cotton wool so not really injured. these are key players but their injuries cannot be attributed to poor injury management. did you have any specific injuries in mind??

Injuries are part and parcel. IMO Geelong has had a relatively good run with injuries over the past couple of seasons, despite the Kellys, Kings and Spriggs. Nobody has done a knee in a while (touch wood) and that is remarkable.

thats not a long list, farily normal i think, nothing to get to worried about. i would think by round 1 we would be full strength.

I agree The list is quite small at the moment. I think we had a solid run of injuries last year, people forget that Carlton game last year, and our late season was not that crash hot, Kelly, Moloney, Sando, etc.

To be without Jonno and possibley Corey for the start of the season is pretty good, the rest should play (with possible exception of Kingy cos we never know what is happening with him).
