I received my copy on Wednesday and I must say was very impressed.

There is some great photography & articles, in particular a piece on Kreuzer.
Gibbs & Murphy also share their thoughts on Kreuzer.

I read Stick's & Swann's articles & was very impressed.
They are very positive about the direction the club is heading in with the new facilities etc.

To quote Swanny "there is genuine excitement about the changes that will take place in Carlton's style in 2010, particularly the new structure in the forward line"

There are several pages on the "2009 season review", the new arrivals and several more interesting articles as well.

Excellent publication.

TBH GB , I read the whole book yesterday which is a 1st for me.

Was very impressed with the quality.

Haven't got mine as yet but usually takes a few days to get to the west and not helped by Australia post.

Its always a good read but I do remember in years past there would be at least 4 inside carlton publications a year. Now it seems it's down to two at the most.

I thought it was pretty poor to be honest, no season review for any of the individual players, and only a one page feature to pay tribute to departing greats Fevola and Stevens was pretty lousy I thought.

I know he left the club on bad terms, but surely Fevola was deserving of a better tribute article then that.

Would it be fair to suggest then C_P, that the people at the club, the people in the know and fully aware of everything he did who were directly involved with him, gave him the tribute they saw fit?

Actually CP you're right there were things that i thought could've been better, even a little blurb about each match after the stats they gave round by round, there weren't any player bio's like last year and only about a paragraph on Richard Pratt. I'm not really complaining though, it's a beautiful magazine they've done this year.

Haven't really had a chance to sit down and read mine yet. Got a pretty quiet day planned for today. I have flicked through the yearbook, and it does look like a pretty impressive publication.

Love the Kreuze control on the front cover though.
