It wasn't easy, they kept saying I couldn't get it yet I persisted. Then NBN cam and installed (not where I wanted it, lazy) the Optus didn't switch me over.

Wrote a lengthy complaint and got three months free.

Can only Wish I can get that fast.

Though had a Letter or SMS from Optus saying our Internet should be Upgraded Soon

You have to call and move to a higher plan. They will only upgrade for free when you move to a new plan.

If you do nothing, Optus will do nothing.

I use google chrome fire stick
Now I keep getting this error AF4013
Can not sign in but can on laptop
What really cheezuz me off is contacting Foxtel a complete joke!
