Put on an incredibly good show last night.

NYC, Obstacle 1 and Leif Erikson went off.

Their sound gets old quick. I mean, how many slashy/one-note guitar riff and deadpan vocal songs can you rewrite and try and trick people with ffs?

Still though, they would go off live. Didn't mind 1st album and Antics had a few decent tunes. And no, not in an 'I was there first before they got popular and everyone else liked them now I don't like them' kind of way.

I once had insomnia so when to the doctors. He gave me a script> I went to the chemist. The chemist said they didn't stock what was on the script and they pointed me down the road to HMV. Puzzled, i looked at the script and it said "any Interpol cd". I was back sleeping again in no time.

I saw them at Falls over NY, as well as last night at the Palace.

Good live show, great set list.

'C'mere' and 'The Heinrich Maneuver' were two songs I would have liked played, but was a good show nonetheless. NYC was brilliant.

Interpol, well, they're just standing on stage cashing in saying 'look out how teutonic and perfect I am. Oh and I play bass. Wanna f*ck?'

Massive difference.
