what was the umpire thinking when jackson had his head knocked off by an opponent running with flight of ball and didn't pay a free...Ditto to Johnson in the middle. By the end of the game I was convinced it was steve wonder out there as one was missed the other way then staker was reported for a punch that missed by 6".....as bad as the sydney game when the $%^# wits in white only decided to pay a hands in the back when the cow jumped over the moon

On the replay the umpire looked to be in the perfect position for Bowny's trip in the goalsquare and still missed it

And the one Bo mentioned on Jacko was almost identical to one where McGuane was penalised at the other end.

Umpires have two ********s and no father.

I could go on and on about the umpiring tonight, but i will just give myself a headache.

Living in Perth and listening to talkback radio of West Coast supporters whinging about umpires is a joke.

Yep, have to agree with that, another consistant performance from the Yellow Wiggles last night, or were they red this week???

To be honest I was worried right through the game, it was a strange sort of game I thought. Both sides kicking for goal was poor and the game had patches of intencity and then dropped off.

Looked like a couple of tired teams at the end of a long season.

Good effort from Richmond and many of your youngsters, good luck next year.

The particular jackson incident was a 50-50

seaby did everything possible to make it fair and to me it actually looked fine, eyes on the ball good spoil.

Still we had bad calls as well i thought umpring was alright.

intentions have absolutely nothing to do with it, when someones clobbered in the process, its an infringement...that has %^$ all to do with whether it was a good spoil or not....How about we get you as Kings advocate at the tribunal this week, we might just have a case

Yeah i can see how the umpire got it mixed up

The umpiring was as bad for both teams really, a few of times west coast should have got a freekick, a few times richmond should have got a free kick, but overall the umpiring was pathetic.

the funniest thing is the joker earlier that reckoned it was a good spoil, i wasnt aware that you could legally spoil watching the ball with eyes in the back of your head

I liked the one in the last quarter when Pettifer was penalised for flying with his hands in Richo's back! Umpires really are just little rats pressing buttons for pellets.

One that I also thought was a bad call was Richo getting rid of Glass (pushed him in the chest if I recall) and marking 20 out dead in front.

Barry Hall and Fraser Gehrig do the same and 'they're too strong' for the full back.
