Should I use one of my lucky eggs now or wait until I have farmed a lot more? I have enough candy to evolve about 5 pidgeys and a few others. Can head to an area with 10 pokestops that will ask have lures.

I'm currently waiting until I have a shit load of mons to evolve before using the egg , might as well make the most of it and stockpile as much as you can to use that 30 mins effectively

Yeah just annoying me the grind to level up. Best I've caught is a 424cp Tangela

Evolve some, find heaps all with lures around?
Sounds like the perfect time to use said egg mate

They're okay without being great. Best I got with the lure tonight was a 250ish zubat.

From what I gather lures make a Pokemon spawn every 5 mins or so.
Where I go (Geelong waterfront) has 3 stops very close to each other so you can lure all 3 at a time and be in range of them all, then pop an incense... 4 Pokemon every 5 mins is pretty awesome.

Sitting at lured Pokestops for a few hours tonight...it certainly makes Pokemon more common but still mostly got Rattata/Pidgey/Zubat/Spearow. Solid Growlithe and a shitty Oddish are the only two new Pokemon I got. Levelled up twice though which is nice.

Still yet to see a Doduo.

For Bundoora - doduo, staryu, bulbasaur, goldeen and poliwag are easily the most common in my area.

After a decent 6km walk around the park and lake this afternoon im not sure i want to head out again tonight but i do have a lucky egg with a few pkmn to evolve.

Grabbed a powerbank from jb, has a built in torch for nightly adventures.

Lots of Ponyta in my area too..mostly geodude, Ponyta , sandrew and Manchops plus the Occassion Doduo and cubone

I'm going to be farming all of them heavily this weekend to get the evolves ready for the lucky egg

And will be heading to that perfect farming spot for magikarp

I have a question I am not sure about. If I go somewhere with a lure on and I use an incense, will that mean more pokemon? Or just wasting my incense?

Tried the double the other night and was getting one every minute or so.

fun day spent catching doduos, zubats and rattatas and hatching another rhyhorn (422), which still leaves me roughly miles away from evolving it

gonna do my first lucky egg evolving spree tomorrow. my stock stands as: 226 Doduo candy (4 evolutions), 66 Poliwag candy (2), 50 weedle candy (4 evolutions), 91 Pidgey candy (7 evolutions), 95 Zubat candy(two after I catch another one and transfer a couple), 58 Bellsprout candy (2 evolutions), 26 caterpie candy (2 evolutions) plus a few singular evolutions. shame I can't turn off the animation.
