Ipod Apps

Hey guys, i'm not sure wheather this thread has been done before, but I was wondering how to get Ipod touch apps without this account crap. I just bought one of my brother, hooked up to our wi-fi and clicked the little apps icon. I went to a free app, clicked install and this password and account thing came up. Is there anyway to download free apps without this?. Thanks guys.

You need an account to get apps be they free or paid, it's as simple as that.
