Is Caracella the suprise packet of 2005?

Although early days, seems as though Carracella is relishing the fact that team mates actually look to him to kick goals (brisbane ignored him). 6 goals and 10 scoring shots, pretty good figures for the first two games. Yesterday reminded me of him in Essendon at his best.

but i still want him to kick at least 4 a game

Scored goals in every game - 23 from memory so far
18 goal assists
In top five in hard ball gets (despite tag of being "soft)

He is a great player. He has hit his career prime time. Thank god hes a Collingwood

Certainly played alot better than i thought was possible for him, he didnt do to much at brisbane i thought he could've been on the way down, how wrong i was..

Our recruiting has been first rate this year, all players showing some promise. I reckon Caracella will get worse as we get better. When Rocca, Tarrant and Didak are all firing, Caracella might be kicking 1 or 2 a game. Then again I've got no problems with him kicking 4 or 5 every week but surely he can't keep going like that.

He was a bit like that at Brissy when Lynch(insert insult here) wasn't firing, he generally stepped up. Not complaining. We need someone to step up when the big guns aren't firing and fill the gap. Doing the job well.
