Can someone tell me what is planned for the guys until the NAB Cup 2010?? It's mad monday today and I'm just hoping Fev isn't on the 6 O'clock news but when do they get back into training? Do they continue to train until GF day or do they start their holidays/recovery early?

I think the Club will have a designated date as to when PreSeason starts usually late January or early Feb i am not sure 100%. Untill then it is the off season for them to spend time with the family etc. Except the players that qualify for the Ants which are deep into the VFL finals.

Is this serious?
The thread title doesn't exactly match the thread but what I'm getting at is this; If we are wanting to play through September next year should we not train through September this year in preperation??? I don't want to see our boys run out of legs because we haven't had to play more than 22 games in such a long time.

As I didn't actually know for sure if they go on holidays straight away I asked the question.

Would it be more benificial to run them for 26 weeks as apposed to 23 so that next year we aren't exhausted after the home and away season?

Cheers Chism, what about the retreat they usually go on? Is that at the start of the season or the end?

Your farrrrrrr from 100% mate! You think we will only train a month and a half before the nab cup! Poor estimation. we will get a 2 month break at most.
