You do realise that Footscray are the Bulldogs don't you?

In answer to your question. Maybe for the first two -still think Pettifer is a useful back up player , JON possibly one more year -wanna see him get another solid go in the seniors before a final decision...yes for the rest except maybe Jackson (has shown glimpses and been mentioned in dispatches by the experts more than once)...and you forgot Tivendale ,Meyer , Polo , & Hughes.

haha yes i realise that lol bulldog is my nickname lol... hmm i was thinking hughes as well but we have no more desecent kpp back ups and i think we have sufficient mid back ups. id ont think hughes has done much wrong at senior level been a little stiff i think.polo? well i dont know wat to say about him mate haha still think he has some talent somewhere.meyer was the 90th midfielder we took in that infamous draft wasnt he haha dont get me started on him.........

Yeah but having a clean out also frees us up to get *hopefully* some better players (remember that supposed "gun" recruiter we got from Melbourne was too late for last year ,so let's see what he can do this year) and elevate younger talent like Rance ,Putt , Gourdis ,Connors etc and see what they're made of...

BTW...Put Wallace at the the top of the list...think all these players would do much better under a coach of similar ilk to a Malthouse or Roos...
I recall him saying the other week 'if you cant tackle you wont play for this club'...well i love this club with all my heart but i am sick to death of watching four blokes tugg a player by the shirt or attempt to tackle him and allow him to still get the handball out.It is the one thing that i just cannot tolerate.and as for him making excuses for some of our fringe players and bringing them all back in at certain points.why? the team was going fine with some od the younger blokes he had in morton, mcguane etc.

We should keep those that are in bold and for depth and experience we should keep the ones that are underlined.
The rookies that have been named will not make it so they should go and unless Meyer and Casserly can really prove themselves by seasons end than they should also get their marching orders.
That would be 7 spots on the list 5 from the main draft and another 2 rookies

JON-delist unless he's shows something great in the next 3 months
PETTIFER-trade or keep
BOWDEN-keep for experience and depth
TUCK-is used as a tagger these days. keep for experience and depth
SCHULTZ-keep. Has really lifted his intensity and should be kept
CARTLIDGE-delist
SILVESTER-delist
HYDE -seems to have lost his evasiveness. May be delisted
JACKSON-keep. He's a good size to be a tagger and nice kick
HOWAT-suspension and injuries have ruined his season far. May struggle to keep his spot
TIVENDALE-keep for experience and depth

We should only get rid of about 5 of the above. There are other on the list who may go also

I try to be positive and I like some of our current players but I really can't see us as a real premiership contender in the near future. We would really want to get it together soon because God help the sides who are bad when the new teams enter and take every thing good from the draft for 3 years. It will take sides a lot longer to get anywhere.....especially us.

Exactly, just like the bloody cyril rioli goal against us. Should have been taken down 5 times but managed to get the kick away . Another one that stands out for me is tambling having wojinski fully around the waist but somehow slipping off and allowing him to break free.

mcguane is an underrated player, fights like the devil, really throws himself into the contest, I would have thought he';s every bit the type of player we need in the side and prob gives more than sarge can deliver

JON- good form at coburg and still developing
PETTIFER-trade
BOWDEN-delist?
TUCK- trade..?
SHULZ-whats he done wrong this season?
CARTLIDGE-delist, good form but no room to improve..
SILVESTER-delist
HYDE-trade
JACKSON- idk...how long can we giv him?
HOWAT-delist
TIVENDALE-delist

PETTIFER-trade
BOWDEN-delist
TUCK- stay and move out of mid field, hff or hbf
SHULZ-stay
CARTLIDGE-not enough chances yet
SILVESTER-not enough chances yet
HYDE-trade
JACKSON- should be 1st choice tagger
HOWAT-delist
TIVENDALE-delist
COGGS- unfortunately injury has cruelled him
MCMAHON - trade for what ever we get

If given chance and show nothing trade, not showing enough despite some time in system and opportunities :

HUGHES -
EDWARDS -
POLO -
JON -
RAINES -

If TW isn't prepared to make the hard calls , a hard call should be made on him.
