Well, the greatest player of all time got the sack from the Wizards when he was the VP of ops there and his tenure with the Bobcats hasn't really gone well.

He couldn't have planned for injuries, but Adam Morrison didn't actually set the world on fire in his rookie year and was slotted in for the upcoming season as a back up forward.

Just for the bbal junkies - who were the players that were drafted after Morrison.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing - I know - but it would just be interesting who Jordan missed out on.

*just a note, THE worst franchise in terms of scouting is the Atlanta Hawks - they had a chance of nabbing CP3 and drafted Marvin Williams and also drafted Shelden Williams when they could have had Roy, Foye or Gay. *

I dont think drafting Morrison was a bad pick, he was in the same draft as Williams, so they couldave picked up Roy, Foye or Gay aswell, but other than that there wasnt that much talent. He was one of the best in college aswell, think he won the College player of the year, so you cant blame MJ.

Injuries aside, this season will determine whether MJ can run a team or not. They traded away the rights to Brandan Wright, but got Jason Richardson, who will make coring a little easier. JRich was down most of last year, after injury, but his preparation this season has been pleasing.

The thing with that is Marvin Williams was the best potential wise at that point as well as Bogut, of course in hindsight everyone would have taken CP3 but at another club he might not have thrived as well as he has with NO, I wouldn't call Marvin a poor pick though, he is still only 21 and will improve significantly with a better bunch of players around him.
