Very wierd colouring on an apple bought at Woolworths, doesn't look very natural. Makes you wonder what tricks they get up to to make their fruit look ripe etc.

That apple's been ''sewn'' together in an Asian sweatshop. They're two rejected halves (one a golden delicious and the other a pink lady) from a fruit juice factory. They used to pulp them for their last drop of juice and then plough them back into the ground but now they export them to Äsia for ''processing and re-importation''.
