Hello Bay, I've noticed a few of my fellow Dogs supporters are concerned at the tactics of our young goalsneak Toby McLean (pictured), specifically dropping his knees to draw a high tackle and free kick:

The stats show him at 8-0 in free kicks (16-2 overall) giving him 2 of his 4 goals this year already!

So has Tobes usurped Joel Duckwood? Is he now king of the pond or still a little duckling?

Yep noticed that at the game on the weekend (that we won (Sicily lol)).

First instinct is to duck/raise arm and try draw a free kick. Umpires sucked in every time.

Not a good look, but the Geelong captain has exploited the rule to the point where young kids coming through think it's the way to go.

I love it about Toby. Whenever the play is tight it's very handy having a player who is able to draw the easy free kicks. It infuriates the opposition and helps give us momentum. If the umpires keep falling for it then so be it. Absolute ripper of a lad and I'm sure he is laughing his ass off over how easy it is.

Anyone who is mad about it is just jelly that this kid who looks like he is from One Direction is absolutely swimming in pussy right now and living his dream.

LOL nope - never changed my avatar. 1 week signature bet. Certainly Tobes will either take a spectacular mark or duck into a free in front of goal. Either way you will know who he is by 10pm Saturday and wish he was a Carlton player. Like Tutty and Jonesy

He's lucky Good Bloke wasn't playing. Having your head taken off and shoved up your arse might have killed or cured him. Not everyone has a cement head like Joel.

If he kicks less than 5 against blozzers then he will need extra coaching from MM or James Albert.
