I have heard from a reasonable source that Isaac doesn't actually have glandular fever and is taking a break from the game as he doesn't enjoy living in Sydney.

He misses the Newcastle lifestyle and has been spending time up there with his family.

The club are trying to support him and help him through this.

Um no they didn't admit any mistake at all.

The AFL umpiring review board looked at this and even though Heeney is actually suffering from exon bar virus which is commonly mistaken for glandular fever they are satisfied that from the angle the officiating umpire viewed the situation it was reasonable they they interpreted what they saw was correct and that no error was actually made and, if fact, any reasonable person would say it was a perfectly correct call.

Nothing to see here, move along please.
