Anyone know much about this kid?

Won't go until rookie draft, however from what I have heard about him previously he could be anything.

Just equalled Nic Naitanui's running vertical jump result at the UWA testing session. Is about 189cm's tall so a good size.

Can do the absolutely freakish things - check out the picture of his mark in the West today.

Came up from the bush this year to play colts. Didn't set the world on fire, but then again he is very, very raw to the system. Low beep test is testament to his poor fitness, a result also of being out of the system until this year.

The type of kid, that could bomb, or he could become an absolute star if put into a professional environment, given a full pre-season or two to improve his fitness and given good role models to guide him.

Strikes me as very similar to Jurrah.

Hope he gets picked up in the rookie draft.

Isiah definitely has freakish ability; however I wouldn't take him, all he can do is jump. No defensive pressure.
An unknown kid who I would rather is Jordan Eades from Perth.

I'm with Nooka, wouldn't list him myself. Plays about 10 minutes of a game and spends that 10 minutes trying to take the skyscraper mark. He is very, very raw and I suspect he is taking a while to adjust to the city life, so he is a huge risk, IMO.

Strangely, I think Freo are one of a handfull of clubs that could actually take the risk and not worry if it pays off. He's going to need some time to adjust to the demands and physical requirements, IMO. He needs to be about 5th on your rookie list, ie you're not dipping into the rookie list to find players immediately.

Having said all that negative stuff, he has talent to burn..

Eades has shown a bit this year and was particularly good in the game I saw against Souths...not sure he would suit us though given he is more a forward pocket type (based on what I saw)

Has played in the middle, but more of an outside mid/first receiver. Looking at his highlights package he's quick and a strong tackler, there's more than a bit of Krak/Rioli about him.

Definitely has the X factor and I think we need more of that as we can expect Hill to attract more hard tags in the seasons ahead.

I am really liking the idea of J.Blight who is a midfielder that was delisted from the Pies after 2 years. Have not heard anything negative and has a lot of skill and drive. Anyone else heard anything about this young player? I would love to get him on the Rookie list to boost our midfield depth for 2011.

Don't know him - haven't caught SD colts games for a few years now - but Pies fans seem to think he could be harder in the contest. Sounds like homesickness so it might be us or the Weagles. Might as well grab him ... rookie?
