Just went to the cricinfo site and you can now sign up and pay money i'm not sure what this gets you, but hopefully the site doesn't end up like the AFL one.

I hope they dont make it a "pay to be able to use" website. It's by far the best cricket website as far as getting statistical information, score updates, the latest news in the cricket world etc etc. and lets hope it remains available to everyone and anyone.

Very slow for me too, but it's still a great website to get live scores from! Would be absolutely tragic if the livescore features were for pay subscribers only down the future.

somehow telstra must have gotten hold of the cricinfo site. at least that will guarantee speed and accuracy (yeah NOT).

It's painfully slow, it crashes regularly, and some of the guys doing the text commentary are just terrible, but it's still by far the best cricket website. I'd almost be prepared to pay if they fixed it, although it's a bit against my principles.

CricInfo.com is one of the most marvellous internet sites, anywhere in the world. It's always nice to log on and find all sort of statistical information about this wonderful game of cricket.
