Voss is desperate, he is quickly realising that his team is fast heading south and not much hope of a return back up the ladder.

Brown will play, because Voss knows it is almost the last roll of the dice.

I hope he plays, he is pretty much a disadvantage to the team atm.

i agree, but if our Brown plays on him, it will probably play the big **** into form.

hope so,he has been injured for a month.Terrible injury mangement by the Lions, his career will be cut by 2 years because of Voss's inept coaching and selection policies.

Hope Buchanan gets another game too.Whoever decided to trade that spud for a 2nd round pick should be given a early retirement.

He's stuffed. If he does play he won't be much of a threat.

They have absolutely no depth, forward or back, and they are being shown up because of it. This is what happens when you flog off your picks and younger players for B grade mid 20 injury prone blokes (other than Goose, love that guy).

Hope he plays, only thing better than him not playing is him playing injured. I want Fev covered like a flipping blanket.

He'll play even if he is severely hampered whihc he looks.

The guys has a heart the size of Phar Lap.

Don't let Fevs' 5 goals fool you either, 4 were crumbed and only 1 on the lead.

Presti gets Fev and should blanket him because Fev will not venture out of the goal square and still looks hampered.

Brown will play because he'll still take a good defender but if he doesn't mark it, we should be able to rebound plenty.

Their midfield without Brennan is very ordinary. Black was a gun but father time is catching up with him, Rich goes well but doesn't have a huge engine and Power is a soft receiver with good skills.

We'll be looking to rebound and make a point, hopefully like we did following the Saints defeat. I reallllly want to see a full strength side :(

I reckon this hard surface thing is bullshit.

Apparently Etihad has a harder surface according to the latest penetromoter readings, and let's face, it didn't look like Geelong took any ill effect out of playing at the GABBA.

We also have an 8 day leading into the game, and an 8 day break afterwards, so no excuses this week or the next.

As for Jono Brown, god I hope he plays, bring Presti in and just sit him on Brown, would be great to see.

How did Fevalinko Look?
Very good considering he didn't have too many chances.

Didn't watch the whole game, but he kicked a lot early, and faded late apparently.

The treatment Brown and Fev got in Adelaide seems to have helped Fev, but hasn't seemed to have helped Brown at all, although he did have Bock on him all day, so that's why we need Presti next week, to keep "the bastard honest", because even with an injury, he would cut one of our kids apart.

How about you guys just let Brown play well. Why not leave him unmanned? My DT would absolutely love it :o

My DT hated him this weekend. Tempted to jump ship, he isn't going to get over whatever is wrong with him by playing each weekend. Shithouse list management.

Listening to Voss speak today i strongly doubt Brown will play against us. If he is out then all we need to do is bring in presti to play on his bunny fevola.
