Agreed he is needed at the club next year and the club wouldn't let him go unless someone wanted to give us a premium pick but I don't think anybody is going to offer up premium picks for a defender who can't crack the best 22 in a side that has struggled as much as Freo has this year.

But like I said, the club would still determine his currency and that doesn't stop other clubs from enquiring. Our list managers talk to contracted players all the time. Also the Tarrant precedent didn't work out in our favor. But I agree that they would do their best to keep him.
