Disagree. At full strength they are top 4 quality (or thereabouts). They shit the bed last night against a hungrier side - they weren't used to that sort of pressure on their home deck. Will need to strengthen the midfield, probably their only glaring weakness.

That might be the only avenue to getting Darling out of there at the moment. Will take a 1st rounder and then some to get a deal done before his contract is up next year. Their list manager would be crazy to see him go for less.

Been a fan of his since the start when he showed promise in 2011 and took control up forward in JK's absence in 2012 with 53 goals. Decent season this year with 44 goals, but seems to be one of our players who has struggled to perform when the pressure is really on.

He hasn't really been able to take advantage of his pace and upper body bulk enough in contested situations, and misses goals that a tall forward target should not miss. These are the key reasons behind why we all believe he has considerable upside.

The debate is whether he will actually reach that perceived ceiling, or whether he is one destined to somewhat underperform when measured against his raw talent and physical attributes.

Wouldn't be devastated if he gets traded, so long as we get someone of measurable quality in return.
