I'm more worried about Skipworth and Higgins; Skippy isn't gettin games, and Higgins is out for 3 weeks. I only have two trades left, and $22,400 in the bank.
My Forward Line is this:
Goodwin, Deledio, Franklin, S.Johnson, Higgins, Skipworth, McGlynn (M.Brown, Macaffer)

Should i get rid of just Higgins, just Skippy, or both???
And who should i bring in? (i'm leaning towards Riewoldt, after downgrading Cheney for the cash to upgrade, if i choose to keep one of them...)

thx oneyedhawk.
Do you think it is safe playing Mitch Brown as 7th forward while Higgins is injured though??

Again it's a bit dependent on your situation, ie. is this week, and the upcoming finals knock-out games for you? That'd make the situation more urgent, but even still, I'd still be hesitant to trade him whilst you have playing cover for him. Playing Brown is not ideal, but's alot better than someone going down this week and playing one (or more) short.

Hopefully you can get through the next few weeks unscathed, and should Higgins' situation not improve, then use your last trade on him then. I've got 5 left, and I'm still not trading him this week (am covering him with M Brown also).

Good luck. :thumbsu:

Who on earth would have ever thought that a low scoring spud such as Mitch Brown would be so valuable to everyone in SC the last few weeks and now? ROFL! :p

I have him in my team too and he has been covering for Stevie J for about 4 weeks and although not a 100 point scorer I guess its better than playing with a dounut. He is also very durable injury wise and has played every game this year bar one due to injury which was a slight hamstring strain I think.

All hail Mitch Brown, forward line bench messiah! LOL! :D

Agreed. I have had a full premium forward line since about round 9, but MBrown has still been on my field every week since due to some injury or another. Pretty reliable 50 or so points, has made a big difference. Hopefully i wont have to play him during the finals tho.

back on topic... fk i hope Grimes is back this week!!!
