But it'd be okay in the short term for Pederson to be bullish on his guys if he can bring Jacksonville a Super Bowl like he did in Philadelphia, then it wouldn't hurt so much if the coaching staff had to be blown up after Pederson got pushed out. But it'd be better if Pederson hung around for a decade plus whilst being adaptive and fluid with his coordinators, able to let them go for better ones.
