Congrats to Jimmy Allan, Geelong rookie list player from a couple of years ago, who last night won the Magarey Medal for best player in SANFL. WOuldve been a big chance to play for Cats if he hadnt done his knee in his last year of Falcons. About the same height as Byrnes and Stokesy, and absolute ball magnet - his lack of genuine pace probably cost him an AFL shot I would say. Well done Jim.

Yep well done to him I think it was more his size that cost him than his knee injury.
