He seems to have forgotten to put his tip in the Herald Sun for the Adelaide v Essendon game. Is this a regular thing or is he making extra sure the Crows don't get even the slightest amount of motivation.

My round 19 tips

I will just use this thread for Round 19 tipping, so I won't have to start a new one. But in answer to your question Moomba, I don't think it's neccessary for Hirdy to put in his Round 19 tips. I notice on Tracey and Matt in the morning, Kevin Sheedy doesn't give a tip for Essenondon V Opponent, and the same would apply with James Hird and any other AFL player.

My Round 19 tips

Collingwood over Hawthorn
Port Adelaide over Carlton
Richmond over Fremantle
Brisbane over Bulldogs
Kangaroos over Sydney
Essendon over Adelaide
Westcoast over Melbourne
Geelong over St Kilda

* I wouldn't be surprised if -

- Carlton somehow beat Port Adelaide. I know Port Adelaide don't play well at Optus Oval, and Port Adelaide will want to be injury-free for the BIG Derby the following week. This
MAY make Port Adelaide not go in as hard to the ball. And Carlton WILL NOT want to lose after last weeks horrid display.

- Melbourne beat Westcoast. Melbourne are the best ROAD team in the league, and I think they can force the Eagles to lose their first home game at Subiaco. Melbourne's midfield will have what it takes to cause an upset. If they beat the Lions at the GABBA, and almost beat Port at Aami, I can't see why Melbourne won't be able to win this one against the Eagles. Also remembering their other match at Subiaco this season, where the Dees lost after the siren.

- Bulldogs beat Brisbane. Brisbane may lack forwards on Saturday night after the suspensions of Brown and Lynch. The Bulldogs have been playing exciting football of late, and will love to challenge the Lions on Saturday night. Johnson, Brown and Smith have been in great form of late, and that MAY get the Bulldogs over the line.

Bit late to be injury free against the Crows. We only have 4 or 5 fit players that arent playing for the Power this week. Not much to choose from. We have no fit midfielders left either...so if another midfielder or two goes down we may be in some bother.

I think he used all the (blonde) tips on The Footy Show on Thursday. That was some outragous hair for Mr. Perfect.

Sort of off-topic... but did anyone catch the "Footy Show" moment when Eddie said to James, "Seen any good movies lately? Like 'Something About Mary'?"

Pure thucken gold. :D:D:D

Jennifer and I were busting up big-time...

Cheers,
William

How does anybody still manage to watch that crap?

Do you get "The Footy Show" over in England, Slax? Not sure if you do or not...

I know that when I went home to the USA for more than a year, I certainly missed it. I know there are better shows about the AFL on over here now, plus with the internet, news on that program is no longer news by the time Thursday night at 9:30 rolls around, but I still find it compulsary viewing for the entertainment value as well as for the information...

Plus, with it being "live TV", you never know what to expect. :D

Was just curious; you can PM your response to me, just so the others can remain on topic here. :)

Cheers,
William

Was amusing, but hardly side-splitting. Whatever tickles your fancy though:)
