Son of Geoff Mcgee who play 7 games with South Melbourne. James is currently playing with the Knights in the tac cup comp and he is a utility type of player and can thump the ball a fair way. He is 186cm tall and 86kg and can shut down key forwards and is a good kick at goal when he pushes up.

Seen a bit of him and has looked pretty good so far this year. I know hes playing senior footy at Fitzroy (C grade ammos) when hes got the week off so he will have some experience against bigger bodies.
