This is a player who I think should be looked at now even though he can't be drafted until the end of the 2013 season. For a variety of reasons he hasn't played many games this year but is a below-age colt, so that will change from here on hopefully. This is of course a speculative selection because with just two colts games under his belt, he simply doesn't have the score on the board to have yet attracted attention. But with this season drawing to a close, I feel it is time to look ahead. Photo (c) Doc Fethers

A WA 18's contender in 2013. Tall for a midfielder but very quick and a good athlete. Effective at stoppages where his height and strength is an advantage but is also very damaging in the open spaces and can be extremely hard to stop when he tucks the ball under his arm and takes off. Is the type of player that does catch the eye. Needs to work a bit of his aerial skills because I don't think he makes the most of his height in that regard just yet. The remaining five games of the 2012 WAFL colts season can set him up nicely for a big 2013. I hope observers get to see one of his powerful three or four bounce runs through the midfield.

Ending up playing as a tall defender against Swan Districts colts. Did a solid job in a unfamiliar role, replacing the injured Declan Jackson, who normally plays FB/CHB.

Got the 5 games to finish 2012 and now looms as a key player for the Subiaco colts side in 2013. Hopefully one that, while not well known now, will be early next season.

Hopefully he can come to the pies since we won't be able to draft jimmy toumpas.. Collingwood needs more Greek in its ranks.

The Pies could do a lot worse.

Hopefully he gets more time in the midfield at Subi in 2013. Although because of his height he often has to go down back and play a defensive role on an opposition tall. He's also played a bit at Centre Half Forward.
