My missus does this and competes and when they all stand around with their jackets on they look tiny, then they strip off and look very defined (not large) this is why it is called physique or figure not bodybuilding.

The other great thing is when you go to one of the contests, as the hubby you get a backstage pass and it is just nakedness and girly bits everywhere, as they put on there colors,make ups, insy binsy bikinis.

I wear the real tight jokes that day so I dont get a slap in the face from the boss

And lastly it is the most disciplined sport going around, these chicks literally dont eat or drink anything bad for the last 6 months before a contest, and the last week before, they literally dont eat at all.

Exactly, I envy you massively. My ex was a fitness model and had the whole six pack/bicep thing going on. I loved it. Some of these guys who are like 'omg. I don't want to tell these guys that I like the look of these girls becuase they have muscles and somebody might laugh at me and call me gay because only men are supposed to have muscles,' need to open their eyes. Fitness/physique models are the hottest girls in existance! If they like the little skinny armed tubby girls that don't work out though, then they can have them. All the more fitness models for and you mate!

I think many of us hit the gym to look good, but a woman can look good with lower body fat but not ripped to shreds and look like she could bench press 5 of you. Thats just kinda scary. All the more power to you if you like that sorta stuff. Im a personal trainer and see a few girls like this and SOME are femanine in their actions, the way they talk etc, and others make animalistic howls trying to sqeeze out the last rep of a barbell bicep curl. But even working as a PT, i still prefer a woman with curves, a nice lil butt (not ripped glutes) and a chest with funbags not pecs of iron.

Well I'm impressed, I've only been around a short time, and a Geelong supporter that didn't want to rub my or Hawthorns face in something eg:2007 Premiership.

I was in a gym yesterday when Peter Street and Mark blake both separately came in, and I gotta tell you, tv makes them look like regular guys, but they were both pencil thin. One guy went up to Street, pick him up,turned him sideways and put 2 twenty kilo plates on either side of him and started punching out numbers!
