Granted Harps, it's no Ben Sherman designer clobber, but it's Ammo through and through.
 
The reason why I chose the Old Xaverians-St Kevins Under 19 Premier game ahead of the Old Xaverians-Collegians A Section clash (and yes there are other interesting games on too in other sections) as my Game of the Week, was even though it's Under 19 footy, the rivalry between Old Xavs & St Kevins was the main factor, especially when you consider at senior level they had some great clashes in the past.

Actually JG Hornet, funny you should say that, I read in the Leader newspaper that Old Xavs main rivals were Collegians & Old Scotch. In all honesty, I would prefer Uni Blues to play against Uni Blacks, Old Xavs versus Old Scotch.

Don't know if you'd agree with me on this, but I reckon that if Beaumaris knock off Caulfield Grammarians this week, it might spark up their season. Can't see them making finals, but a middle of the ladder (5th-7th) record at the end of the year would be a good effort, considering the Sharks have no home ground advantage.

Bound to be a closer contest at Lindsay Hassett - as long as the SMD boys have spent all the petrol tickets against Aquinas the week beforehand!!!

This is the ultimate test as far as St Bedes Mentone Tigers are concerned. Defeating Collegians at Sportscover Arena last week might be one thing, but now they'll face an even bigger challenge: Old Xaverians at Toorak Park.
