Java chat help needed

The BigFooty chat room doesn't work for me anymore; it hasn't for awhile. In fact, all chat rooms in this format (Java/Digichat) that I have used in the past no longer work. I use both IE and Netscape.

When I enter the BigFooty chat room in IE 6, I get an empty image placeholder. When I try Netscape, I get a completely blank screen. I have all Java utilities enabled and the lowest possible security settings.

Am I missing a plug-in or something? It would make sense, but it is confusing considering that I had no problem with DigiChat-type chat rooms until very recently.

Do you have XP? If so the same thing happens to me.

XP doesn't come with the Java Virtual Machine, that may be the problem.

Don't know why it would work and then not work later though.

Nope, still using 98.

Until a month ago or so this thing worked fine, I don't know what the deal is. I haven't changed anything.
