I am obviously very fond of Jay.

He is a player who provides good run and disposal off half-back which is what we are lacking in comparison to other clubs. He is like a Gram, Kennely or Heath Shaw. With NLM out Jay is probably our best example of this type of player.

Jay's disposal doesn't let him down as much as Dyson's does.

It wasnt a simple comparison , im not sure why you are going off again. What we cant compare Dyson to anyone without the local "Dyson police " jumping out and beating us with a baton ?

I'm just sick of the negative shit that people say about Dyson. He isnt that bad. He is just becoming our new whipping boy, and everyone is compared to him. I cant even imagine how bad it will get when Bolton is gone.

Well chances are Rick will be gone as well so it wont be too bad at all. People will say negative stuff about Dyson but in all honesty what was negative about saying Nash uses the ball better than Dyson ? It is pretty much a fact. Nash is pretty close to the most skilled player on both sides of his body that we have at the club.

Yes. He has shown consistency and improvement which Dyson has not.

Nash has show consistency and improvement in 0/0 games this year.

Certainly he has become a bit of a scapegoat but not all of the criticism is undeserved. He is probably in the worst 3 of our 22 from the Brissy game.

Nash is also 1000 times better

He is good enough mate but he is pissing that talent away at the minute.

Anyone who went through the system and got drafted is good enough and Ricky played well this week and proved me a bit wrong. But I'd love to see Nashy in the team and that would probably mean at the expense of Dyson

Bingo - I think the Nash fan said it best with these comments.

Nash won't be in for a couple of weeks. He played a limited game of 80 mins on the weekend, and is just starting the journey back to full fitness.

Does Nash compare to a Wellman, or is he waaay shorter? I think they even look similar...

Not the worst comparison.

They actually look similar when they run/ran with the footy. Both very upright.

Wellman probably had the better defensive skills, Nash the better attacking skills (pace, skills).
