Kennett single handily put Victoria back on the map and got rid of debt. We owe him big time. I'd like to see anyone hear do the same.

And as for him being Hawthorn president….it’s a fantastic thing for the hawks. Very lucky.

The Waverly Park facilities we're just about to move into, the massive Waverly Gardens gaming facilities, the social club in Glenferrie, various other properties, a large share portfolio and about four million in cash in the bank.

Ian Dicker was a great President and deserves nothing but respect.

alot more than you think, conisdering we have the second most assests out of all the Victorian clubs.

Who's money is helping to build your new training facility again, ogh thats right the federal government. Please be nice.

1st on the agenda, cut overheads in maintenance dept.
Sell Glenferrie Oval (prime land) and either rent training facilities of Collingwood or if worst comes to worst share Junction Oval with Melbourne.

Only problem is we have a 20 000 000 dollar state of the art training facility in the heart of our membership and supporter base, if the Richmond council boots you out of Punt Road in 50 years, Im sure we could the Juction Oval will still be around. :)

Hawthorn is one of the only clubs that actually own there original home ground, the rest are rented off the government.
It will now be home grounds of course, we are keeping Glenferrie as well
 
Jeff will be great for Glenferrie.

Being a lifelong supporter, he would understand what made the club strong for so long and what it would take to return that sort of structure and...here's that word...culture to make the club strong once again, in all facets.

But, he is a believer in performance. I think if Hawthorn remain down for a while (which is possible), I feel he may make a number of changes, to get the formula right.
