Just to inject some positivity into the board, I reckon Jesse played a hell of a game. Alongside Goodes, he was probably the only winner we had on the ground. Looked classy throughout.

Yep, especially early. Starved of opportunities towards the end, especially when Goodes spent more time forward and attracted most of the ball. Still, it looks like he has reacted exactly as hoped after being dropped.

i liked that last or second last goal from Goodes, when the ball flew over the top of the contest of him and that skinny/young defender and the look in Goodes' eye when he knew he had that easy goal.
