I'm in the camp of thinking it'll click with Schultz eventually. But I hope the selection committee has the guts to make the hard call if need be. He should be our most vulnerable small forward at this stage.
Schultz continues to do the things coaches love and as long as his attack on the ball and appetite for the one percenters remains he will not be in danger of being dropped.

So happy to see him take his chances and put real selection pressure on. He's an absolute ripper, clean, composed, decision making, tackling and skill execution.
Knows how to crumb and goal, even that handpass from stoppage to Daicos for Harrison's second goal was superb.
I think him kicking 3 goals in a game isn't too far away.
Think it's him and Harrison that work their way into best 22 this year.

Honestly, where the fook did he come from? He's gone from fringe on the list to a genuine 23 lock! Oozes that unquantifiable natural footballing ability. Pump games into him.

It was more BF's belief he was on the verge of being delisted, not the clubs. Some players just excel at the higher level because of the skill around them. His first two games have been exceptional. As you said lets pump games into him

Fortunately for us, you could say that about 6 of our small forwards at the moment (Harrison, Richards, Hill, McCreery, Schultz, and Elliott)

Somebody has to get left out when Elliott comes back. Hard to imagine it’s Elliott because his scoreboard impact is so much higher than the others ATM.

With a full squad to choose from, still best 22 based on current form. Joey, Our 5th highest ranking player yesterday, along with Harvey at 6. Outstanding results for small forwards!
Loving this. HH oozes class, never fumbles, makes right decisions, same as joey. Long may it continue!

Good question, is there room for just five or could one of them be redeployed? Someone mentioned half back for Harrison and Richards just looks like he has a skill set which could be used in other roles. Last year they did trial him at half back, however, that did not turn out. Maybe with his extra strength, etc, we could relook at that.

They all look to good to leave any of them out. However, form and injury, probably an ideal splattering of small/Med fwd/mids, which should see us through many years, as Elliot can’t go on for ever.

I do wonder why Richards and Harrison are out performing Hill at the moment, and whether that is form, position/role or opposition putting more time into him compared to the others. They all seem to be pretty good defensively.

Bobby the decoy getting all the attention. Leaving HH and Joe to do their thing.
