Rumour in the Pies area that he is keen on joining them? You think its true, better not be! Hawthorn would be nuts to let him go, and i for one believe he is one of our top 3 players. Hawthorn has been good to him, hopefully he realises that and stays. Has got to be on the Hawks list of untouchables you would think?

If he doesn't want to be there then trade him. We have heeps of back flankers anyway. We should ask for their 1st round pick (8 or 9) and draft a ruckman with it as Everitt only has 3 or so years left and Campbell isn't much chop. We would then have 3 top 10 picks to build around for the future.

i like joel (however, i too hate his kickins) but i wouldn't hesitate trading him for licuria - he is one tough and committed footballer.....there is no way collingwood would do that deal though given they wouldn't trade didak for stevens at the end of last year.....licuria is a heap better than didak and stevens more appealing than smith when you weigh it up

Licuria would be useless to us. We have enough slow midfielders such as Mitchell, Ries, Piccione, Sewell, plus he won't be around in 4 years time when we're having a go at a top 4 finish. Rebuild properly.
