Of the Doggies variety...

up till half time, the Doggies have kicked 3.6....and Johnson has kicked 3.3....

just highlighting how important he is, no secret of course, but who is the match up...would Polo (yes that's right!!)....at CFB be able to do it...Polak doesn't have the speed I think...not that Wallace has been playing him there anyway:confused:

I'd use Raines.

Give him that responsibility like he did when giving him the job on Roo(riccuito) last year.

I would permenatly play 2 players on him the entire match. He is a freak player with massive bursts of speed. He is the only real Class A avenue foward. The following combinations would all work well.

- J Bowden to go toe-to-toe with him with Newman always keeping 2 eyes on him and playing 5m in front.

- J Bowden playing deep back with Lids always trying to chop in on the leads

- Newman and Raines following his every step each side of him

Polak should take Darcy when he goes foward. If we can keep Johno pretty quiet our best defence will have to come from our HB line and midfielders because the Doggies are quick and don't slow the ball up for one-on-one contests in the square (other than B Johnson)
