JON has put on a bit of weight since the start of his carrer, he will take another year or two to be at a perfect weight but that is the usual timeline for young players.

As for Edwards and Peterson, Peterson has OP and has been put on the long term injury list so he wont be getting that much bigger, he isnt too small though he is already a pretty good size.

Edwards is someone who is just gonna be able to come into the game and play well straight away, he is tough, tenacious and can get the footy.

Give them some time before you call them sticks.
 
petersons not doing much running, he should be tanking up in the gym bigtime, if hes not a good size for next pre season then something is wrong

Yeah well Edwards has been at the club for just 6 months. muscle doesnt grow over night sadly. so Brickster give him time. Plus running types are harder to put muscle on because running actually breaks down muscle fibres

Yep thats smart, tank him up then next season it will be either knee or hamstring problems for him. Thats what people here fail to notice, kids that bulk up to much in 1 season struggle with injuries
 
an early long term injury for a young player can sometimes be a blessing in disguise as it gives them a whole year in Arnie Land which they otherwise wouldnt of had.

yeah nice one einstein, so dont bulk up bc you will do a hammy, just sit on ur ar.se and do sweet FA.... im merely making a point that i would be extrememly dissapointed if Peterson hasnt made any inroads physically while hes on the sidelines.. Putting on 6-8kgs of muscle a year for a growing body is not unreasonable. raines was putting on 8kgs a season and he didnt have any problems.
