Surely there is better around.
Yet another running backman....no thanks.![]()
Not if the money being touted is correct. Surely not.
This running backman racks up 20+ touches a game and continuously hits moving targets from 50m +. Would be a brilliant get.
With the PSD you can't be picky. If you can get a player of his quality there you've done very well.
Drummond would be a great get!
We still got that much room tho? I would've thought we'd frontload Judd's contract to ease any salary cap tightness in future years when our list is more mature and stronger.
Yeah, in the press conference today, Swan came out saying that we had left plenty of room to take someone in December! Looks like they have their eyes on someone else anyway! I think its either Hadley or Warnock

We are better placed to do these sort of contracts now.
Next season we would have struggled to make the min 92.5% of the Salary Cap and to do so we would have had to over pay some players, more than likely Gibbs, Murphy etc. While this makes great sense now what it does is set a precedent down the track: they will expect more increase with every contract.
So what we do is attract some big names this and next year and front load their contracts to the hilt, then as the younger ones develop down the track we can manage their Salaries with better control and fit them under the cap.
Does that make sense.

we should trade blackwell..nentick is a more mature body and blackwell doesnt look like getting bigger..bentick is much better..blackwell nad 46 is a dead set sealWhat are we going to trade for Hadley? Can't really trade picks. Need at least 3 minimum. They can have Bannister =D
To be honest, im not that desperate to get Hadley. Would much rather get Warnock or Drummon. Already have enough up and coming midfielders
